Minimal Pink Packaging

If you follow my Instagram, you’ll know that I’m slightly very obsessed with both pastels and bright colours, particularly pinks and blues. Which is kinda weird considering I don’t wear a lot of crazy colours… I’m a head-to-toe black or grey kinda girl, although recently I’ve been more of a loungewear head-to-toe kinda girl (yes I work from home, how did you guess?) But I digress. Ever since I’ve watched the Grand Budapest Hotel, which btw is easily one of the greatest movies of all time, I’ve fallen in love with pastel blues and pinks. So imagine how excited I was when Rose Quartz and Serenity were announced as Pantone’s Colour of the Year in 2016 (yes, it isย possible to get excited over Pantone colours)! So much so that I’m now having a hard time accepting that it’s been replaced by Greenery, which to be honest just doesn’t compare.

Anyway, here’s a bit of pink packaging inspiration to pay tribute to Mendl’s boxes and Pantone’s 2016 colours (RIP Rose Quartz & Serenity, I’ll never let go)
